Day 1: Historic Cairo

Start of the trip: Arrival in Cairo

• Early departure: At around 3:00 a.m. we will pick you up from your hotel in an air-conditioned vehicle and begin the journey from Hurghada to Cairo.
• Stop for refreshment: Halfway there we stop for a short break to refresh ourselves.

• Egyptian Museum: We reach Cairo at 7:30 a.m. and begin our exploration tour with a visit to the Egyptian Museum. Immerse yourself in the world’s largest collection of ancient Egyptian art, which tells of the fascination and secrets of the pharaohs.
• Pyramids of Giza: After the museum we continue to the world-famous pyramids of Giza. Experience the majesty of the monuments – Cheops, Chephren and Menkaure.

Day 2: Desert adventure and Bahariya Oasis

Departure for Bahariya Oasis

• Early start: At 6:00 a.m. we set off from your hotel towards the Bahariya Oasis, located approx. 350 km west of Cairo.
• Arrival and transfer: At around 9:00 a.m. we reach the oasis and board a sturdy four-wheel drive jeep that takes us to the desert landscapes.

• Al-Marsous Mountain: Admire the lava rocks that date back over 150 million years.
• Panoramic view: From the panoramic mountain you can enjoy the absolute silence and breathtaking beauty of the Black Desert.

Lunch break in the El Haize oasis

Discovery at Crystal Mountain

• Gebel al-Izzaz: This mound of quartzite crystals sparkles in the sunlight and is rightly called the “Jewel of the Desert.” The discovery of this natural wonder was made by chance a few decades ago.

Natural sulfur springs and date plantations
